Our vision, mission and values

The vision, mission and values outlined in the 2009-2013 Strategic Plan guide the work of the Department of the Premier and Cabinet and its people.

Vision

Provide strategic, high quality information, analysis and advice to our stakeholders that helps to build a strong, smart, green, healthy and fair Queensland.

Mission

Collaborate with public sector agencies, other governments and stakeholders to assist the Premier and Cabinet to make informed decisions on issues, trends and developments that potentially impact on Queensland and its people and support a diverse, dynamic and vibrant cultural life.

Values

These values guide the work of the Department of the Premier and Cabinet staff. They form the basis of our collaborative approach to deliver the government's priorities. The department promotes these values through education and example as well as by recognising staff through awards.
