Part A Report - Review of Queensland Government Boards, Committees and Statutory Authorities

Part A of the review considered the current framework of government bodies.

In conducting the review, the independent reviewers examined:

The Part A Report, A Public Interest Map: An Independent Review of Queensland Government Boards, Committees and Statutory Authorities, was released for public consultation on 1 December 2008.

The Part A Report recommended a governance decision-making model for improving the relevance, efficiency and effectiveness of the roles and functions that government bodies currently perform.

Until 16 January 2009, contributions were invited from all stakeholders and interested people on the Part A Report.
