It is the Premier's responsibility to determine portfolio responsibilities.
Administrative Arrangements
The Administrative Arrangements are approved by the Governor in Council in the form of an Order in Council which sets out the distribution of the public business of the State among Ministers.
The Administrative Arrangements are updated on a regular basis to reflect the passage and repeal of legislation and approval by the Premier of changes in Ministerial responsibilities or the administration of Acts.
