6.2 Lodgement of Executive Council documents

Minutes must be lodged with the Secretariat by 10.00am on Tuesdays.

Executive Council Minutes must be lodged with the Executive Council Secretariat by 10.00am each Tuesday. These Minutes will be considered by the Governor in Council at a meeting held on the Thursday of the following week. If it is not possible for Minutes to be submitted by this time, the Executive Council Secretariat must be contacted prior to this time and will advise of alternative arrangements. It is important to keep the Executive Council Secretariat informed in relation to all potential delays with Executive Council documentation.
