3.2 Administrative arrangements

The Minister's administrative responsibilities are determined by the Premier and are set out in an Administrative Arrangements Order which is issued under the Consitution of Queensland 2001 and approved by the Governor in Council. The Administrative Arrangements Order is published in the Queensland Government Gazette.
