3.5 Indemnities

Guidelines exist for the grant of indemnities and legal assistance to Ministers and Parliamentary Secretaries. A copy of these guidelines are at Appendix 24 (PDF, 20 KB).

Seperate guidelines relate to the grant of indemnities and legal assistance to state employees. These guidelines are applicable for Ministerial Staff and can be found on the website of the Public Service Commissioner.
