7.15 Urgent Bills

Standing and Sessional Orders may be suspended to enable a Bill to pass through all stages in one day or by a certain time. The Clerk must be notified of this requirement at the earliest opportunity as the motion to suspend Standing and Sessional Orders and special pro - forma running sheets need to be prepared.
