8.4 Making a ministerial statement outside the provided time frame

If the Minister needs to make a ministerial statement outside the provided time frame the Minister should liaise with the Leader of the House and the Clerk of the Parliament. After arrangements have been made by the Leader of the House the Speaker will call the Minister. The Minister is still required to seek leave of the House to make the ministerial statement.
