11.5 Board member selection

It is of fundamental importance to the success of corporatisation for GOC boards to be comprised of directors with considerable commercial skills and experience. However, at the same time, a range of additional skills and experiences is often also relevant (eg. finance, legal, industrial relations, marketing, etc).
