What Queensland tastes like
To celebrate Q150, the State Library of Queensland is holding a state-wide series of culinary events, At Our Table.
Queensland's cuisine is unique and exciting, thanks to our history and heritage, and At Our Table celebrates our great food, recipes, wines and gastronomic stories.
At Our Table organiser and Q150 advisory board member Nadine McDonald Dowd said the project gives Queenslanders the opportunity to acknowledge the many cultures that make us who we are today.
'The events will not only be a celebration of food but a reflection of our past,' Nadine said.
The At Our Table blog (external site) features stories and recipes from around the state.
