The lobbying and employment activities of former CEO/SES or equivalent senior government officers may be impacted by:

• the Integrity Act 2009
• the Queensland Contact with Lobbyists Code
• post separation employment provisions of departmental Codes of Conduct, and
• confidentiality clauses of employment contracts
