    Emergency information for staff

    This staff information page is activated in the event of an emergency that may impact department staff or disrupt our business operations.

    If required, Business Continuity Plans will be activated and you will be sent a SMS staff alert message. The mobile phone number(s) you have listed in JLM will be used.

    What should you do?

    • In the first instance, ensure your own safety. Call:
      • Triple Zero (000) for life threatening emergencies
      • 132 500 for SES storm and flood emergency assistance.
    • Contact your line manager and seek advice.
    • Check the DPC staff information line on 1800 123 553 for updates.
    • Continue to monitor this page and your email for ongoing alerts and updates.
