6.16 Interpretation

The Statutory Instruments Act 1992 contains provisions about how to interpret subordinate legislation. It applies relevant provisions of the Acts Interpretation Act 1954, some in a modified form (Statutory Instruments Act 1992, part 4, divisions 1 and 2).
