Queensland Government Advertising and Marketing Communication Code of Conduct
The Queensland Government Advertising and Marketing Communication Code of Conduct (Code of Conduct) provides guidance on the expectations and responsibilities of communicating as public sector organisations.
The Code of Conduct includes specific criteria to ensure advertising and marketing communication activities not only support the policy objectives of the government, but that the public can be confident communication from the Queensland Government is objective, factual and an efficient use of funds.
The Code of Conduct should play an integral part in the development and approval processes for all advertising and marketing communication activities across government.
Stage 3 Final Creative Materials requires signed endorsement by the relevant Director-General (or equivalent officer) that the campaign adheres to the Code of Conduct.
